About Steve Waterhouse

I began my career as an engineer, contributing to projects like the Patriot Missile before transitioning into sales within the semiconductor industry. 


After aiding others in growing their businesses, I ventured into entrepreneurship, successfully establishing several companies, including a chain of newspapers, a delivery service, and a sales training and consulting firm.


The consulting firm allowed me to collaborate with sales teams globally across various industries, providing insights into building sustainable, high-performance teams. Leveraging my sales development expertise, I founded an HR consulting firm that quickly became the fastest-growing brand in its sector worldwide.


In 2016, my wife Gina was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. This life-changing event led us to sell the company and dedicate our time to her well-being. I'm pleased to share that she remains independent and is doing remarkably well.
